Ministry for Energy, Enterprise, and Sustainable Development: This Ministry addresses different areas such as the development of Alternative Energy sources, the water policy, or the Enterprise’s development and support. Malta Maritime Authority: Is the responsible agency for the governance, operation, and regulation of the national ports.
Malta Commerce Department: Its main goal is to facilitate the trade for business while providing the infrastructure to encourage the securing, and respect of intellectual property in Malta
Malta Privatization Unit: The objective of this unit is to conduct the privatization of certain public enterprises in an efficient manner following the government instructions.
