He has 31 years of experience working on the maritime business and speaks English, Russian, Portuguese and Italian. This expert specializes in Maritime, Labor, Civil, Mercantile, and Intellectual property law.
He is currently a Professor of Maritime Law, International Maritime Law, National Maritime Legislation and teaches the Ship Operations and Theory at the Panama Inter-American University.
