We work with who is currently the Chairman of a private firm in the Financial Services Industry, a financial planner, and a Realtor. He served as Coordinator of the University of the West Indies Open Campus in Nevis. For many years, he worked for the Nevis Island Government in Teaching and Permanent Secretary capacities. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Southampton in England and he completed undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies in Barbados. He has functioned as the Chief Examiner for Physics with Caribbean Examinations Council for over a decade. He specializes in Financial Engineering and Risk Management.
His work experience spans teaching in both US and Caribbean schools and universities, management in government’s energy and economic planning ministries, engineering consultancy in telecommunications, and directorship in banks. He has attended many seminars including Corporate Governance, World Trade Organization Trade Policy negotiations, Utilities Regulation and Sources and Uses of Funds in the development banking sector.
He also completed several courses in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing. He received Geothermal Energy training in El Salvador and served on the Nevis Electricity Board.
